By accessing or using the Breezy website (breezywear.store) or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding contract in your province or country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product photos are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour may occur due to monitor settings and lighting. This does not constitute grounds for a return. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a pricing error occurs, even after confirmation has been sent.

By placing an order, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion — including cases of suspected fraud, inaccurate information, or product unavailability. Payment is processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors. We accept major credit and debit cards. Your order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed. Orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days.

Promotional codes are subject to the following conditions: — Codes cannot be combined with other promotions or discount codes. — Codes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or store credit. — Codes do not apply to previous or existing orders. — Breezy reserves the right to revoke, modify, or expire any promotional code at any time without notice. — Misuse or suspected abuse of promotional codes may result in order cancellation.

We ship within Canada and to the United States. — Canada: Free standard shipping on orders over $120 CAD. Flat rate $8 CAD under that. — United States: Standard international rates apply. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer's responsibility. Breezy is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Once an order is handed to the carrier, tracking information will be provided.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags attached. Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased with a discount code of 30% or more are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances. Return shipping fees: — Québec: Free — Rest of Canada: $15 CAD flat fee — United States: $25 CAD flat fee To initiate a return, email breezy.intro@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We will send return instructions once confirmed. Packages sent without prior authorization will be refused. Defective items or incorrect orders are covered for up to 30 days from delivery. Contact us within that window and we will make it right at no cost to you. This extended window exists to account for hidden defects (stitching, dye, construction) that may not be immediately apparent.

All content on this site — including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Breezy and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No use, reproduction, or redistribution of our content is permitted without prior written consent from Breezy.

You agree not to: — Use the site for any unlawful purpose — Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site — Submit false or misleading information — Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the site's functionality — Scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission We reserve the right to terminate access for any user who violates these terms.

Breezy shall not be held responsible for any delay, failure, or disruption in the fulfilment of orders or obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: — Postal or carrier strikes — Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God — Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies — Supply chain disruptions or manufacturing delays — War, civil unrest, or government actions — Internet or infrastructure outages In such cases, we will notify affected customers as promptly as possible and resume normal operations once the event has resolved.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breezy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of this site.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the site shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Québec, Canada. By using our site, you consent to this jurisdiction.
